How V-Report Uses Your Information

V-Report completes verification on behalf of jobseeker in the creation of cv certification for them, the complete certification will be available to the jobseeker for upgrade and additional purchase of verifications at anytime. Jobseekers are aware that recruiters and companies will have access to search the V-Report database for Jobseekers with completed certification and agree to such. This is done to create a verified portfolio for the Jobseeker of personal information in case of identity theft as well as being of assistance to the Jobseeker should they enter the job market at anytime having completed certification the recruitment process will be decidedly shortened. For the recruitment agencies and corporate clients we deliver service via the website for the completion of verifications on Jobseekers they are working for or potentially wish to employ. Consent from the Jobseeker has to be obtained and all precautions have been taken by V-Report to ensure that this takes place. We will issue report to the client once the verification process has been complete.

We may disclose personal data in response to a court order or other legal obligation. In the highly unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over V-Report or all or any part of our assets, we may transfer your information to a third-party purchaser of the business if that purchaser undertakes to only use your personal data as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Accuracy:

V-Report does not vouch for, and is not responsible for, the accuracy of data regarding Jobseekers that may be supplied to us by the Jobseeker themselves or by recruitment agencies or companies that we receive through this web site.

Security:

V-Report will take all appropriate measures to assure the online security of transmissions to this web site. All data is stored on our servers in a secure manner. Access to those servers is strictly limited to network administrators and other authorized personnel of V-Report, who have been trained to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data under V-Report’s control. We take pride in our technology and our security policies.
